Refund Policy

Unlimited Spaces manufactures products according to strict quality control guidelines, and as such treats customers' refund demands very seriously. Refunds will not be given if you have simply changed your mind or make a wrong decision.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email info@unlimitedspaces.com.au or phone us on 03 5291 3095 with your specific problem and we'll sort out your problem promptly. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

Refund claims do not include return freight and handling charges and will be processed within thirty (30) working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition, with all accessories and contents.
