Unlimited Spaces introduces a specially-designed storage cabinet to help your business meet mandatory First Aid room regulations.
The Building Code of Australia (2007) requires a dedicated First Aid room where there are 200 or more employees (construction sites = 100).
All State First Aid Codes of Practice are similar - they all require a First Aid storage cabinet, lockable confidential record storage, display of emergency information and injury data collection.
A wall-mounted cabinet provides several advantages:
- It allows for easier cleaning esp. with coved floors.
- The height can be set for a standing/bench height application
- Provides room for storage of rubbish bins and biological waste under
- Low profile (only 335mm deep) makes best use of small rooms
The Locked compartment satisfies a First Aid Code of Practice where you cannot lock your First Aid Cabinet but must store confidential records or prescription drugs. This compartment will fit an A4 binder or First Aid supplies. The First Aid Cabinet doors cannot be closed without removing the key to this compartment.
